The company AnneThomas Workwear Ltd (referred to as Anne Thomas below) sell a wide range of clothing from business wear through to sportswear. We also offer an embroidery service through which logos and detail can be added to the garments as required at the appropriate cost.

Prices

Prices quoted are INCLUSIVE of VAT. Prices EXCLUDE carriage. Carriage is charged as per standard carrier and postage charges. Prices charged would be those relevant on the day of order acceptance. Any offers or discounted prices are only relevant during the offer period. These offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Delivery

We utilise Fedex, Fastways or the Postal Service to deliver any goods purchased through Anne Thomas. We will send the purchased goods through the cheapest delivery channel at that particular time. All delivery costs are notified to the client upon acceptance of the order.

As an example of costs:

• OUR MINIMUM POST/PACKING CHARGE IS GBP 5.95.
• A pair of boots would incur a delivery charge of GBP 8.95 or GBP 15.00 IRELAND
  

All items are delivery by registered post and require a signature of acceptance.

We will only deliver to a business address or a dwelling where someone is there from 9am to 5pm and we must have a signature for proof of delivery

Orders over GBP 150 excluding VAT are delivered Free of Charge

Embroidered Garments can take up to 21 working days for delivery from artwork approval. In the case of shortage of stock or damage the carriers receipt must be endorsed and Anne Thomas informed within 3 days from goods receipt.

Payment

Payment for all goods ordered through our online facility must be made at the time of purchase.
Company and Business accounts are available upon request. Initial orders must be paid for with the order. Accounts will be confirmed subject to relevant company checks.

Title

Ownership of goods remains with Anne Thomas until paid in full.

Returns

Anne Thomas will not automatically accept a return of goods supplied but if it does agree to accept a return of goods then such return will be on the basis that there is a restocking charge payable of 25% of the total invoice price of the goods returned. Anne Thomas will consider the reason for the return of goods and whether we accept return of goods is entirely at our own discretion excepting where the return of goods is as a result of the failure on the part of Anne Thomas to supply the relevant goods in accordance with the order.

Anne Thomas will not accept the return of any goods supplied if those items have been supplied with embroidery or printing, or the goods supplied have subsequently had a design or embroidery added by the customer.

Anne Thomas will not accept the return of any goods were the goods have been used, soiled or damaged in any way.
Where the customer makes a return, they must provide proof of postage and are responsible for all postage costs. Where Anne Thomas establish that our company is responsible for the return of such item we will fully reimburse the customer for all postage costs incurred for the returns.

Cancellation of embroidery or printed items

You must cancel your order in writing. All artwork and set-up costs incurred prior to the notification in writing will be charged in full.
Changes to any confirmed artwork, after order confirmation, which incur additional time will also be charged in full.
Garments, which have already been produced and classed as work in progress prior to cancellation, will be invoiced in full.

Samples

Samples are charged in full and are non-returnable unless if accompanied by an order in which we can use the sample.
Anne Thomas has sizing sets to enable the customer to accurately define the sizes of the garments required. Please contact Anne Thomas.

Force Majeure

We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

General

All products subject to availability. We reserve the right to allow slight variations, which enable continuous supply or improvements. We take every effort to recreate each item, but the colour reproduction is as accurate as modern processing methods will allow. Anne Thomas are not responsible for typing, pricing or other errors and reserves the right to cancel any order based on such errors.

Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected in any way.
