We utilise Fedex, UK Mail, DHL or the Postal Service to deliver any goods purchased through Anne Thomas. We will send the purchased goods through the cheapest delivery channel at that particular time. All delivery costs are notified to the client upon acceptance of the order.

As an example of costs:

• OUR MINIMUM POST/PACKING & CARRIER CHARGE IS GBP 8.95.
• A pair of boots would incur a delivery charge of GBP 8.95 or GBP 18.00 Northern Ireland Only
• We also deliver to BFPO Addresses (Free Of Charge)

All items are delivery by registered post and require a signature of acceptance.

We will only deliver to a business address or a dwelling where someone is there from 9am to 5pm and we must have a signature for proof of delivery

Orders over GBP 100 excluding VAT are delivered Free of Charge

Embroidered Garments can take up to 21 working days for delivery from artwork approval. In the case of shortage of stock or damage the carriers receipt must be endorsed and Anne Thomas informed within 3 days from goods receipt.
